Senate 1 Not a Slam Dunk for Dems

Here’s a Remington Research poll, conducted for Missouri Freedom Alliance looking at the Senate 1 general election match-up.  Notice again, Trump is neck-and-neck with Clinton even though this is a tilt-Dem district.

The poll shows that although Sen. Scott Sifton is the favorite, and leading Republican candidate Randy Jotte, the race is not a gimme for Dems.  And with the Senate Republicans usually better funded, it’s one to watch…

Survey conducted May 19 through May 21, 2016. 1,134 likely 2016 General Election voters participated in the survey. Survey weighted to match expected turnout demographics for the 2016 General Election. Margin of Error is   +/- 3% with a 95% level of confidence. Totals do not always equal 100% due to rounding.
