Slay’s Oct Quarter

Mayor Francis Slay had another strong quarter, generally unaffected by the November elections. He has $1.5 million on-hand.  The expenditures are beginning to show the outline of his Spring reelection campaign, with new staff, new workers, and other expenses.  The report shows about $50K worth of in-kind contributions and direct expenditures to/for A Safer Missouri for printing and canvassing during the month of September.  Slay for Mayor has teams going door to door citywide on Prop A for 6 weeks.

Slay’s fundraising team is headed by Matt Lieberman, aided by Angela Bingaman.
