Q: HB 73 increases the minimum wage rate from $7.35 to $10.25. The rate will be adjusted annually based on the Federal Consumer Price Index. The increase would take effect January 1st of 2016. Do you support or oppose this legislation?

Q: HB 143 specifies that an individual commits the crime of littering if he or she throws cigarettes or cigars on specified property or in any waters in this state.
