Q4: SB 72 - Under this act, all villages in St. Louis County are automatically disincorporated. The disincorporation of the villages is not subject to review. This act requires the St. Louis County executive to appoint for each village a trustee to close the affairs of the village. All money collected by the trustee in the dissolution process is to be paid to the county. The county executive must use the money for the benefit of the village. Do you support or oppose this act?
