With the recent restrictions on abortion access in Missouri, there is thought among political insiders that conservative lawmakers would turn their targets towards contraceptive access. However, one MOScouter sent me polling of Republican voters that would indicate that Missouri GOP voters aren’t supportive of any new restrictions around contraception.

August State Revenues Inch Up

August state tax receipts ended up 3.1% compared to August 2022.  Sales tax and income tax revenues were both flat, but fewer refunds delivered the positive number.
