6. Also from CEA, I find this graph fascinating. The change in consumer behavior with COVID, which led to the supply chain bottlenecks and a lot of the inflationary pressures. And I believe it also fueled state sales tax reciepts. Goods are taxed; services are not. I wonder if this will eventually revert to the trend-line or if we’ve started a new trend-line.
